Hi everyone,

Well, we are one of the millions of people about to have our home foreclosed on, in the continually ailing real estate market. We have been in our home for almost 25 years. Now we'll have to go back to the home where I grew up. My husband is a realtor, hasn't had a sale in about 8 months, I have a job, but it barely puts food on the table and gas in the car.

My husband's SUV was repossesed, and the only car we have (a '99 Ford Taurus) is on it's last legs.  Hubby has a heart condition and cannot do alot of jobs that he could have before.

We are months behind in many of our utility bills; and constantly have to work out "new payment" plans, or "put a monkey wrench" into the home foreclosure date; which to date is only 60 days away. We may be able to stall it some more, but inevitably I know we'll be forced to leave at some point before 2008 is over.

I see all the problems everyone here has in this website and feel so bad for everybody including myself, and wish I could help some of them or someone could help us, but I think if we can present our stories to the people with money, like Bill Gates and some others, this would be better than posting here on this site.

Or even if we could all forward all our notes to President Bush, perhaps he could find it in his ever so religious and giving heart to help all of us, just as he helps everyone over in Iraq and other parts of the world. Afterall, home is where the heart is, right? (or SHOULD be!)

 If Mr. Bush can finance BILLIONS of dollars for Iraq, what's a few thousand to each of us in our deperate heartwrenching situations?
